We had a pleasant experience at no 8, where the welcoming staff shone. our room was clean and decorated with a modern touch, and we appreciated the thoughtful details like tea and coffee facilities. the location is fantastic, making it easy to access nearby amenities and the beach. we even enjoyed the lovely sea view from our front-facing room, complete with bonus discount vouchers for local spots.
Walls are thin 📉, and the heating was excessive.

We will be back and recommend this hotel to family and friends. It's quiet place to stay 1 km away from Natureland Seal Sanctuary. It has marvellous setting on the sea front. At the wine bar they serve fab food and drinks.

Great location just steps from the beach and local attractions! The room was clean and modern, but we did struggle with some noise at night. Staff were friendly and the free parking nearby was a bonus. A solid stay despite a few minor issues.

We arrived early, and our room was ready, which was a nice surprise. It smelled clean, although the wet mat was a bit off-putting. While the room was spacious with a decent shower, it was quite hot and the beds were noisy, making it hard to relax. the great location near landmarks like Skegness Aquarium and Tower Gardens made it worthwhile for family outings. we appreciated the friendliness of the staff but likely wouldn’t stay for more than a night.

Fantastic view and great service!
We stayed for 1 night in a Beautiful Double Room with Sea View and were actually surprised by the amazing view of the sea right from our window. The room was clean, modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The position is perfect for accessing local attractions and enjoying the beachfront. The parking situation can be a bit confusing, so it's best to ask the reception for guidance.

Extra Large Beautiful King room offered ample space and a fine sea view. Dining in the fish and chip restaurant was a highlight, serving great food with a nice 10% discount voucher.
Unfortunately, noise issues marred the stay. Encounters with late-night revelers gave the impression of poor sound insulation, disrupting sleep until the early hours. The shower had slippery floors requiring a towel to prevent accidents, and I experienced some frustration with non-responsive TV remote buttons. While the experience was positive initially, these inconveniences jumped around my comfort level.
